The Japan Employment Providers of the Philippines & Consultants' Association, Inc. (JEPPCA) is a professional organization of Philippine licensed recruitment agencies committed to promoting ethical, transparent, and mutually beneficial employment opportunities between the Philippines and Japan.
Established in 2015, JEPPCA was founded by respected leaders in the overseas employment industry with a shared vision of strengthening cooperation between Philippine recruitment agencies, Japanese employers, and government stakeholders, while ensuring the protection and welfare of Filipino migrant workers.
Today, JEPPCA serves as a trusted partner of government, industry, and international stakeholders by:

- Supporting licensed recruitment agencies through continuing education and capacity-building programs;
